Refund & Return Policy

At poflair, your satisfaction and your safety both matter to us. Because our products are cosmetics applied directly to the skin and lips, we follow strict health and hygiene standards for returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Return window You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging with any protective seals intact.

Hygiene notice For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. This protects the safety of every poflair customer.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at poflairbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return Email poflairbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the shade you want is to return an eligible item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-returnable items The following cannot be returned: opened or used products, items marked final sale or clearance, gift cards, and free or promotional items.

Return shipping Unless an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
