Thank you for shopping with poflair. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
Order processing Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Delivery times Within Pakistan, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping rates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. From time to time we may run free shipping promotions, which are applied automatically at checkout when eligible.
Order tracking Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Delays Occasionally delays occur due to courier volume, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at poflairbeauty@gmail.com and we will help track it down.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. poflair is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
Lost or damaged in transit If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date at poflairbeauty@gmail.com and we will make it right.
